Patient continues to complain about other manifestations offering him literary advice, despite the therapy and medication that I have prescribed him. The manifestations are becoming more apparent to him and I believe he may have a schizophrenic "break" soon. Attempts to convince the patient to admit himself to a mental institution have failed, as he does not believe he has any problem. If these symptoms persist, I will contact the state about involuntary committal.
